ANGEL SALTOS

Angel Saltos, the President and Founder of Moonlight International is a senior international business strategist and corporate affairs professional. During his international career Angel has been responsible for planning and implementing business development programs for Fortune 500 firms, such as IBM, SAP, Compaq, Microsoft Corporation, Dell Technologies, Abbott, among others. Angel specializes in working with governments across the globe, with special emphasis on Latin America, the U.S. Government, think tanks, business associations, Multilateral Development Banks, as well as with global Financial Cooperation Agencies (USAID, UN Agencies and bilateral donors).

Complementary to his corporate career, Angel has pioneered Corporate Social Responsibility programs across the globe. He is one of the founders and first President of the Ricky Martin Foundation where he created the guiding philosophy, programmatic base, and worldwide strategy for the organization. Angel’s expertise working with the entertainment industry, government relations, philanthropy, and public advocacy has been key for his clients’ successful execution of numerous high-impact initiatives.

Angel Saltos, is a resident of Washington, DC. His academic work includes a Business Administration degree from The American University, an MBA in International Marketing from Marymount University as well as advanced studies in the areas of Education and International Development.
